Moving Continent Whilst Pregnant...

Does anyone have any experience of doing a really big move- to a different country/culture etc whilst pregnant? DH has a fantastic opportunity opening up for him and it will be great but I would just love to hear if anyone has had any experiences- good or bad and how you did things like transferring your care etc....
