    'Jewess' and 'sculptress' are in dictionaries too, with notes that they are redundant and possibly annoying. 'Performer' usually gets round the gender thing in this case. And no one wants to be called 'that man over there'. Except She The Cat, who never answers anyway.

    No tax liabilty, VAT is paid on the initial purchase so it's yours to dispose of at will.
