    1. What is your budget? €800 but if it can be cheaper I'd be happy!

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming/Video editing/Internet. College work based, photo editing, gaming (so I can play really any game.)

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No.

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No.

    5. Do you need a monitor? No, 19" Samsung screen already so that will do.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/Speakers/etc.]. All the above.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No.

    8. How can you pay? Laser.

    9. When are you purchasing? Immediately.

    10. If you need help building it, where are you? South Dublin.

The xeon has 4 cores + 4 threads so it should gobble up video editing work easily.
That graphics card handles most games at 1080p in high->medium settings, more than enough for a 19" monitor.

I know feck all about speakers so I just put in a 2.1 set with some good reviews, someone else should be able to advise you better on that.

The last item is a cheap and nasty membrane keyboard+optical mouse. Ideally I'd try and get a mechanical keyboard and half decent gaming mouse but that would break the budget.

Mice are mostly a matter of personal preference but Zowie Fk, Logitech g400s and Razer Deathadder 2013 all have excellent sensors with no unwanted mouse acceleration if you do a lot of fps gaming.
