    Got a letter 2 weeks ago to say that he was coming to my house last tues. l rang him to give him directions to my house. But he never came and have not heard from him since.
    Should l ring him or wait for him to get in contact with me?

    Wait for him/her to contact you again. If its re a claim that you are waiting for a decision on, then batter the door down demanding to know where s/he is.

    You should make contact, preferably in writing. He may have gone to wrong address. Sometimes they come without prior arrangement but making an appointment and not showing up or contacting you since is something that should be checked out.
