    GHi all

Can anyone recommend a good comfortable pair of black shoes?
I work on my feet all day and find it hard to get a good pair!

    thanks in advance

I find Clarks are very good. I work 12hour shifts on my feet and have never had any problems while wearing them.

Have a look at Grisport range, i got a pair of work boots from them and they are the best i've had in 20 years. I ordered from amazon as they were the top rated boots. They are Italian made, i have always heard people say Italian shoes are the best. In my case it's true as well.

Clarks for sure. I'm a student nurse and carer and am on my feet 13 hours a day 4-6 days a week and rarely have sore feet. Don't bother with Ecco, they are not comfortable. I notice that a lot of nurses have the same clarks shoes I do, they're not pretty, but they are comfortable!!

Wear Ecco myself. Clarks are not bad but I think Ecco give more support.

I spend about eight hours a day on my feet in work and find a small heel helps, about an inch or so

I read some research backing it up a while ago as well, but from personal experience pure flat shoes not worth it, get a small heeled shoe
