Final Cut Pro X - change pitch in audio tracks

I was able to change the pitch of audio tracks in Sony Vegas pro on Windows while editing videos etc.

Is there the same capability to change pitch in songs in Fcpx?

Don't use FCP much.. in fact not at all.....but this link might help ya out.

I've tried to find how to do this in FCPX and still can't see where I can change the pitch of audio tracks?

1. Separate audio from video track
2. Highlight audio track
3. Choose 'effects' button (red arrow)
4. You should see 'AUpitch'. I also have pitch shifter II as I have Logic pro installed as well. Double click.
5. Choose 'show inspector' and you can make adjustments to the effects there, again with the audio track highlighted (with the yellow surround on it)
