I just want to say if anyone is reading this , that if you are having a difficult time quitting smoking, you should consider going for an electronic cigarette. I quit 2 months ago, I started out on a liquid of 18mg of nicotine (John Player Blue Flavoured) , then I slowly cut down and now I am puffing on blueberry juice. My nicotine addiction is practically gone and now all I have to do is kick the habit of having it in my hands.

The electronic costs at a maximum 30euro and the refills cost between 5 and 7 euro but last over a week.

I tried patches and champex and smoked more while on these products. I honestly thought I was never going to be able to quit.

Its just a suggestion for some. It took me 2 months, might take others longer or shorter amounts of time.

But don't give up giving up.. It is possible =]

    And Good Luck
