Second hand Bike Advice

Hopefully the above link has worked ok...looking at a second hand model at the moment, its in very good condition & looks like it was well minded. Identical spec as model shown in link, could anyone give a rough price guide considering its a top end bike but heading for 6yrs old.
Debating whether to go for this or buy new, but could no way afford a similar spec bike new.

Main use will be sportives, weekend spins, no racing.

The bike may have been well looked after but what miles are on it and the components? Are all the parts original or have they been replaced/upgraded over the years?

A bike of that spec was most likely bought by someone who wasn't starting out and doing short leisurely spins and even taking a bike that was lightly used and only doing 1500-2000kms a year then thats a possible 10k kms on the frame and god knows what on the groupset/wheels etc etc Parts wear and need replacing so the price could only be based on whats original and whats not and how many miles on the bike.

For a bike in very good condition with low miles and necessary parts replaced when needed, I'd imagine somewhere in around the sub €1k mark.
