Running in Waterford City

Will be down in Waterford for a month or so with work. Working near the WIT and staying in the Tower Hotel in town.

Hoping to use the track in the Regional Sports Centre on a Tuesday/Wednesday evening. Can't find any information on whether this is open to the public or not and what the charge is. Does anybody know?

Also looking for some good 5-12 mile routes in the area if anybody has suggestions?

Any local expertise would be much appreciated.

Track open to the public from 9-9 it's €4 as I remember.... Club session is on Tuesdays at 6.15 if you fancy it? €3 for non members.

A few of us doing 13 @ 7.15 pace on thurs eve.

That's brilliant stuff. As I'm only down tomorrow and I'm suffering with a bit of a cold, it's unlikely that I'll make the Tuesday track session but the Thursday run sounds ideal. I'll PM you during the week.
