Ever see inside (insert country here) toughest prisons?
They have these big huge prisoners that must eat bodybuilder amounts of food.

Why not just feed them 2000 calories a day with low protein? Theyd be much easier to manage if they couldnt squat 300 kg.
Imagine being a prison officer and seeing a fella getting bigger and bigger while you have to wrestle him everytime he has a tantrum.

They get rid of aggression through exercise rather than attempting to wring some prison officer's neck. That's the rationale I have heard before.

But if they weigh 8 stone they can get rid of aggression by playing football or by getting back hsnded about the place by the now much bigger gaurd.

I lift cycle run. Spend hours a day pushing two swings at once too. But I dont use my powers for evil.
What happens in prison is they take people who use their powers for evil and make them bigger stronger and wiser in their evil craft.

Getting juiced up doesn't require excessive amounts of food. American prisons are awash with steroids.

That seems to be more the case in American prisons, they showed one episode that was filmed in Siberia and those guys weren't huge, just normal size.

Good idea. I think the doctors should also remove one eye and one ear. Reduce their senses so as to be less of a treat, but not totally incapacitate their hearing/sight as we'd have to spend more money to look after them.

Pretty sure that most of them don't have access to a gym. In some of the heavier handed maximum security prisons they are in lockdown 23 hours a day. They don't have all this fancy gym equipment yet they improvise which you got to hand it to them they are usually pretty ingenious.

Maybe they should release their own exercise DVD's?

They train to pass the time. It's good for body and soul. It keeps them out of trouble from being idle and shìt. Gives them an interest.

Even keeps them healthy so they can be kept in jail longer so exacting more punishment out of them. Don't want them croaking and not suffering enough.

And guards in US have guns, tazers, pepper spray, batons, baton rounds, straight jackets, manacles, chains and God on their side.

They could train to be long distance runners and then all a gaurd would need is a good headlock.

Why not fit them with a necklace that carries a powerful charge. Each one calibrated to a bank of remote switches. If someone is playing up ......ZaP
And as jane82 said ......... limit them to 2000 cals a day.
The necklace will also tazer the wearer if it comes within 8' of another one.
Plus they can be calibrated in so many different ways.
For example:
My hound wears a wireless collar that allows her to roam anywhere within 90' of our house. As she approaches the 90' limit the collar gives a warning beep. If she continues, she gets a mild shock. And it only took her a few 15 minute lessons to learn the parameter. The furthest she can stray from the house, in any direction, is 90 feet. Like Pavlov's Dog, she learns to retreat to stop this discomfort.
