Crowntail Betta Fish at top of Tank

    My Crowntail Betta is staying at the top of my six gallon tank.I did a water change and he's still doing it.Do you know what's wrong with him?Please help him.

    A 20 litre tank is pretty small... have you any filtration running? What are your water parameters? How often are you feeding him and how long does it take him to eat everything you give him? How old is he?

    The betta died this morning, he was very young

    If you haven't had him long it could well have been an illness he picked up in the petshop.
