    Well if you're determined to stick with Vodafone, you don't have much scope for shopping around. Go to Vodafone.ie and see what they offer you.
    Otherwise sim free is your best bet.
    You do realise the One mini and M8 are not comparable in any way?
    One is 350 odd euro and the other is 600.

    Don't go near the one mini.....battery is rubbish....plus the plastic surround/bezel on mine started to crack after three weeks...its a known issue !!

    If you don't mind me hijacking this thread i'm also looking to get the HTC M8.
    I'm not too fussed on which network and i'd be happy to go PAYG as well.
