how to access social welfare officer for help

    I am self employed,health not good and in need of assistance.
    I am unsure of how or can i approach a welfare officer for help

    Should be easy enough, just wander in and talk to someone in the social welfare office. They'll be able to help you out.

    Or alternatively, check with your Citizen Information. They've always been able to direct me on who i should contact, or what i was entitled to.
