I received a gift from a friend in the US and now I have a Fed Ex bill for it too! Do I have to pay for a gift?

Is it for delivery or VAT?

it is for VAT and admin fee

You are liable for the VAT assuming the item is of a high enough value and the admin. charge may be associated with them having to process it.

If its a genuine gift the limit is raised to €45.
