I have my driving test this week (hopefully I will pass), I am just wondering do I need to have my eyes rechecked to apply for full licence as I already to have to wear glasses to drive

No, you need to get them checked only when you apply for provisional licence.

Have an eye-test if you think it could put your mind at ease. Not a requirement in this situation though.

    Good Luck in your test,
