Architectural oak beams and glass extension?

    Hi

I have an old 1870s cottage in largely original condition but with a nasty concrete block extension (kitchen and bathroom) tacked on.

I want to replace this with something that is more appropriate to the building but also with a great deal more light/windows as it is within a walled garden so has privacy.

Does anyone have any contacts and a ball-park idea of costs for something in oak beam and glass? Floor area is 7mx10m single storey.

    Muchos gracias..

If you want your proposed extension to comply with Building Regulations maybe try getting an architect first...if it's 7m x 10m, you'll need one anyway (or a chartered engineer or building surveyor).
