Is hot and cold both gone?

Do you have hot water at the kitchen sink?

Do you have another toilet downstairs or an en-suite? Do you have hot or cold water there?

This suggests that you only have mains water coming in so there must be a blockage somewhere between your tank and the rest of the distribution split to the rest of the taps.
Similar thing happened to me, it was a clogged pressure pump. Once clean water was restored.

Is the blue tank full of water and is the electric supply to the pump switched on. Have you pressed the re-set button on the pump and if you did, did anything happen.
Have you checked the fuseboard as well.

Yes,blue tank is full.I pressed the reset button on the 'smart press water guardian' but its seems to 'trip back' after a few seconds. The light showing in the centre circle is half red half green,if that means anything.

There is a fault with the pump or it may need clearing.
Not really much else to suggest if it will not re-set and you have a tank full of water. The pump will most likely need to be taken out and checked over to locate the problem.
