From searching hard, and not from any recycling material Election leaflets, I found out there will be 8 councillors in the Balbriggan area

    and 9 in Swords

Balbrigan area takes in the following electoral districts
Balbriggan Rural, Balbriggan Urban, Ballyboghil, Balscadden, Clonmethan, Garristown,
Hollywood, Holmpatrick, Lusk, Rush and Skerries

    Swords area takes in

Airport, Donabate, Dubber, Kilsallaghan, Swords-Forrest, Swords-Glasmore, Swords-
Lissenhall, the part of Swords-Seatown electoral division west of the M1 motorway, Swords Village and Turnapin

Trying to find a map of electoral divisions took a while, you'ld almost imagine the powers that be don't want you to know.

Here's one I had to grab from a print-screen, so ignore all the whitespace...

Everyone resident in Ireland can vote in the local elections, irrespective of citizenship.
Nominations close on Tuesday afaik, so then we can add the nominations for the two areas, and add more Fingal areas if there's interest in Portmarnock/howth/D15
