Upcoming exam, insufficient notes

I have an upcoming exam and I think the notes are not sufficient to give me an understanding of the exam questions. The lecture has just copy and pasted their notes from random websites and put their name to it. Would it be considered unacceptable for a teacher to do this?
I have already brought this up twice at feedback sessions but have not managed to get a reply.

I don't think it would be a good idea to publicly name the teacher.
I would like to know who I could contact about this, I can't contact my course head so who else is there?

If you were unhappy with the notes you have been given, perhaps it would have been more productive to do a bit of research on the topic yourself. At this level in your education, you shouldn't need to be spoon fed, and as the module descriptor is usually very informative, there is a lot of background work you could have done in anticipation of the exams. There are lots of resources on all topics now from books and online, so don't panic, for anything you don't understand yet, start asking questions and getting the information yourself. It will stay in your memory better and you'll understand it fully, not just for exams, but for life.

This is a good point and it's what I have been doing, I probably won't fail but....

The module class was right after another module with the same teacher.
All this time was spent teaching the other module and the one I am worried about was not covered much.
Wouldn't a teacher be expected to spend the allotted time in class teaching a module and to have their own notes?

I'm doing many modules, they make up the course that I am currently attending.

This exact course is only run in one adult education centre in the country as far as I know.
If I name the course I practically name the lecturer.
If your advice is to publicly name the lecturer involved I may do so.
Do you think that is my best option to get help?

I've just realised that I have some relevant credits from elective modules for my award. I did these modules a few years ago.
I am confident on passing the core modules, can I use modules from a few years ago to get the full award?
It would be a huge relief if this was the case.
