Well seeing as how we have threads about the other 4 cities I might as well ask about the 5th? I do, I'd say the majority couldn't give a toss.

I think we're doing cities only.

Like Limerick Waterford is such an underrated city. The quay is very nice. There's beautiful architecture on the mall like Reginalds Tower and the Theatre Royal etc. Some people actually think that Waterford is a county town like Clonmel and they then blabber on about Galway being the Barcelona of Ireland! The city centre in Waterford is actually bigger than Galways. The people are also very friendly. I would take Waterford any day over Kilkenny Galway or Dublin. I don't mean any disrespect when i say that. Im just offering an opinion. In fact the only bad thing i can say about Waterford is that Kilkenny is a bit too close for comfort! Waterford is a great place with great people and i love the accent. Any odds buttie! I was in the gizoolies!T here's used to a desise slang dictionary on the old Mad Blaa site. You just click the word and a man with a strong working class Waterford city accent would pronounce it!:pac: I had a great time when i was there and i must go back sometime. In fact there's tears welling up in my eyes as i type this because that was a very happy period of my life when i was in Waterford and i long to relive it again. I have great memories of the place. I always shout for Waterford in the GAA when their not playing Cork.

    No, it's a horrible place.
But I must say, the Waterford forum has had some crackers of threads come out of it. :D

What makes you say that, out of curiosity?

I live in Waterford and can honestly say I love it here. Gorgeous old buildings, museums, churches, theatres, markets etc., lovely quay, loads to do. I may be biased, but I think the people are really friendly too :o

Didn't think much of the people, to be honest.
A bit rough, in my view.
Attended my first Boards beers there.
Not sure it that's all linked or not (was a number of years ago).
