TGV - tickets & maps

    Hi all,
I have a holiday booked in Nice but was planning to start it with a week in Switzerland and then make my way there via TGV. I had found a website a while ago that told me Geneva to Nice was 6 hours. I can't find that again and anything I look at is looking closer to 10 hours with a number of changes... Anyone know the best way to get to Nice (from anywhere is Switzerland) and the best place to get tickets/routemaps/timetables. I need to be in Nice on a Sunday, not sure if that makes any difference...
    Thanks!

Try bahn.de and you'll see the connections.
Tickets though would still need to be bought from the French railway.
There's at least one direct train but it doesn't necessarily run every day.
It might be worth looking up flights as you may end up paying similar prices but with a fraction of the travel time.
