No, afaik the nearest one is in Mungret recycling centre.

cardboard and paper can be brought to the city centre beside musgraves. plastic bottles there too.

no, free service for domestic waste. I did once see someone turned away once with what looked like a shopfull of magazines and newspapers but I've brought over cardboard boxes of newspaper that I build up in garage and there's never been a problem.
