extender for stroller?

Another question today, Has anyone seen or know where I would get an extender for a simple umbrella stroller? Am looking on eBay but i think its the kind of thing i would like to see in a shop to see would it fit Thanks Edit : just in case the above doesn't make sense im looking to make the handles longer :)
