    How long does it take to get credit card approval or how long is the process, when should I hear back? Applied one week ago.

    Thanks for your question and welcome to boards.

    When you make an application online you should generally receive a call within 48 hours. As you haven't received a call, we would suggest calling the team on 0818 200 343. An advisor will be more than happy to check if there have been attempts to call you and provide an update on your application.
