I use the Northern Ireland version of boi business online banking. Am putting in a new Mac today and am wondering what the procedure is to transfer the digital cert to another computer, or do I have to get another issued? Yes I know, it's a Mac, but I am using a virtual machine to run windows 7 on the Mac.

cut and paste has worked for me in the past,

just make sure you paste it into a folder with exactly the same directory, its a folder called "my document" i think

    Hi Ninak,

Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

It may be possible to copy the digital cert on to your virtual machine however, we would advise ordering a new digital cert directly.

For instructions on how to do this please see here

We hope this helps and if we can assist you with anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Thanks,
    Elaine
