    Hi All,

    I am looking for some advise. I seem to be getting really bad headaces after cycying I would cycing about 24 miles a day back and forth to work. I drink lots of water before and on route to work. When I get to work I would had a engry bar and some more water.

    Any advise would be a great help. I am new to cycling.

    How long is your cycle and do you have something to eat before you leave?

    How much water? You can drink too much.

    It's not normal to get headaches, I'd get them if I under hydrate or over do the water.

    Maybe time to go to the Dr.
