************The title should say Patch History on Linux Stable Kernel**********************

    Hi

I am looking to generate stats on patch history for the last 3 years, I need to know where that patches were applied and the number of patches applied to that area. I have cloned the kernel using git and I was wondering if anyone knows of any tools or scripts that I could use to extract that information
