I'm just wondering what is the widest fitting rugby boots on the market atm. I know the Asics lethal charge/lethal scrum are wide fitting but is the Adidas Kakari wide fit models as wide as the Asics ??

Mizuno boots are reputedly quite wide.

Timaru might be an option for a prop/lock boot. The 8 stud Morelia would be a lighter option for a more mobile lock/back row too.

I play in the front row so I'll keep them in mind. Thanks

I'd say Asics. Working in footwear one day and had a guy who'd never been able to wear boots because his feet were too wide. The Asics were only ones that fit, so make of that what you will.

There's an "over-sized" shoe shop on Ormond Quay that will sort you out.

On the corner, at just before the Bus stop coming in from Chapelizod direction...

The Asics Lethal Warno are the top scrummaging boot but the current version is awful looking IMO. If you could find the mostly black version of this somewhere then go for that!

The current Aussie version (future European version) is much nicer!
