Hi all- I'm looking for some career advice here- I'm an Electrical Engineer with ~2 years experience 1 year in a large consulting firm and more recently in a M&E Contractor as a Project Engineer. There is a possibility of joining a smaller Consulting firm- at the moment my current role is not that technically demanding lots of EHS paperwork and site admin involved plus project management work.
My question is what do people think in their experience would be the better option - keep in the job I have and work towards being a Project Manager or join the smaller Consultancy?
As regards future prospects which one would offer better promotion prospects/future experience?

Any advice/similar experience greatly appreciated thanks in advance
