    Hi,
I was wondering if any shops other than Fallon and Bryne stock Wok Oil. Thanks

I'm sure any of the Asian supermarkets (eg, Jervis St, Drury St) would have it.

I'm pretty sure that I picked some up in my local SuperValu before too.

Just make your own, tastes far far better.

    Tblespn veg oil
    Teaspn sesame oil
    Small garlic clove finely chopped/crushed
    pepper
Fingernail sized piece of ginger crushed/grated

Let the oil heat and put the garlic and ginger in for max ten seconds before you add your meal ingredients
