What's the general waiting time for a logbook to arrive?

    Friend bought a car couple of weeks ago, but there's still no sign of the logbook or it on the motortax.ie website.

    He bought it on the 17th April, seller posted logbook on the 18th April.

    I know Good Friday was the 18th, and the Monday was a bank holiday. But that means it should've been received Wednesday 23rd April.

    So anybody know what's the general waiting-time for them?

    Should it have been received by now?
