I'm in the process of creating a wordpress website. I have several pages created already and now I want to remove the "Leave a reply/comments section"

I'm running the Twenty Fourteen theme. I have gone into the setting and disabled the comments but apparently this only applies to pages created after I disable it. I have googled it and tried to edit the code in the template but its not working!!:mad:

    Any suggestions?

In your dashboard, go to pages, this shows all your pages. Mouse over the page and click "quick edit" and a box expands. The is a comments box there, just untick it. You can also make a page private from here. You can go back the same way and undo in the future, (add comments section back to the page)

You can also get a plugin to do it automatically.
