    Hi.

    I am a recent graduate.
Applied for the Masters through Ericsson programme. Was called for an aptitude test and now have been invited for a final face to face interview.
I am wondering if anyone here participated in previous years.
If yes, any tips for the interview. Please.

Hi I also had the aptitude tests and have been invited for a final face to face interview. Have you been given a date for your interview yet?

    Hi

Congratulations first of all. Yes i have been to that interview. It was a standard interview. eg Question about your previous life, questions about what you know about ericsson in general and what they do in athlone and what are your expectations from msc programm, questions about scrum and agile methodology, some very simple questions about java. Mostly they want to check how confident you are and what your long term goals are.

Try to ask questions on the end of the meeting. Like what are progression paths in ericsson etc.

I am still to hear something back from them. I am very hopeful but time will tell.

    Best of luck man.

    Hi,

Thanks. How long did you wait between email saying you got through to the interview and actually getting a date for interview because I got email 2 weeks ago but have not been given a date for it yet.

Thanks for the tips about the questions. Did they ask you where you would prefer Dublin or Athlone

It took nearly 3 and half week for them to get back to me and i had to send an email to check. and then it took about 10 days more for the interview.

but i think your application is one of last batches so it should be quick.

They did ask me about the preference between dit and ait. i am in galway so i said ait and they said they will try to accommodate me if i am successful but cannot guarantee. he question was what are the possibilities if i am asked to go to DIT so i told them "i will make it a possibility for me to move because i really want it"... just to show i was really interested. just a hint... :-)

Thanks I was getting worried they had forgotten to get back to me, what did you say in the email to them? I am in Laois so would probably prefer Athlone also but like you would take either because I am so eager for either, if we both get athlone could look at accommodation together, hopefully we both get good news anyway

They will eventually email. Be confident in your interview and show that you are the one who deserves to be in the programm. Best of luck man.

No problem Dublin is a good trek from Galway so if you get in I hope you get Athlone best of luck

Thanks, congratulations to you too. No idea but might find out at the interviews or get a good idea as they'll probably have us in on the same day or over the course of two days depending on how many of us there are.

Was wondering what kind of questions came up in the interviews ? Just the general HR questions etc or technical questions.

Is there any examples on-line of the aptitude test?

    Thanks for the help.

Hey guys, also wondering if anyone has any updates after being through the process?

Any information you feel would have been useful for you to have known?

Going for my aptitude test this week!
