    You can get a fitting for a battery drill take it off in a sec
    Or a visegrips will do the job

    A spanner. The size depends on what size the fixture is.

    As above, I'd use a socket. The head on the nut looks quite short, a spanner may slip off too easily

    Ring spanner would be fine, or a socket, or a standard spanner, or an adjustable spanner, or mole grips, or pump pliers or at a push a pair of pliers noting too shocking there really, choice of tool depends on how often you plan to use them in the future.

    It's a hex nut, go into any proper DIY store (not like woodies) and get one for your drill or spanner set.
