The Lee Valley Brewing Club are doing another homebrew expo on May 10th in the Franciscan Well. It would be great to see some of you there :)

Yes, Franciscan Well, North Mall, Cork :D

The day will consist of the following;-

    - An all grain home brew demonstration
    - A basic Kit homebrew demonstration
    - Samples of homebrewed beers produced by members of the Lee Valley Brewing Club and other homebrewers to show what can be achieved by homebrewing.

    - Full range of homebrew supplies from the Homebrew Company. Prior to the event, if anyone requires any specific equipment contact the Homebrew Company directly.
    - Barbecue stall with tasty food prepared with beer as an ingredient.
    - Possibly one or two more items to be added closer to the time

Definitely will have to make it to this year. Any idea of what time the all-grain demo will be at?

The all-grain brew will probably take 4 to 5 hours in total so I'd guess that they will be mashing in around 2. The equipment will be there all day and there will be plenty of people to show you the ropes.

Missed this the last time it was in the Well so I'm definitely going to make it in on Saturday.
