Specs are pretty much the same except for the processor. More notable is the price decrease. All models have dropped by €120. So the entry-level 11-inch which was €1049 now costs 929.

    £749.00 in the UK ....

Makes it look way cheaper but its only 20 or so quid cheaper once converted.

    This is appealing - http://store.apple.com/ie/product/FD760B/A/refurbished-133-inch-macbook-air-13ghz-dual-core-intel-core-i5

Price drop appears to be making a graduated gap for the anticipated 12" Macbook model in around June. I was holding off for it as I prefer a smaller laptop but the 13" MBA is quite tempting.

The speculated 12-inch model will most likely be Retina, so I can’t see it fitting into the existing Air line-up. It’ll probably be a higher-end model in the 1300-1500 range, an eventual replacement for both the 11 and 13-inch Air.

Retina is a given for this new model, yeah. Initially it was touted as being part of either the MBA or MBP line but the Macbook name is coming up more and more often...

You mean as a third notebook line? I dunno, Apple’s notebook range is complex enough as it is. I think they’d be trying to simplify it. It won’t be long before the 13-inch Air and the 13-inch Pro start looking very similar. I always thought the 13-inch Air was a bit too big, while the 11-inch Air (as much as I love it) was always a somewhat compromised product. I reckon Apple have gone back to the drawing board with the Air and decided 12-inches is the perfect size. But as with the Retina Pro, it will probably be a couple of years before it totally replaces the existing Air.

Hopefully we'll see the end of the Macbook Pro this year. That way they can rename the Retina MBP to just MBP.

Then they'll eventually do the same with the Airs.
