    My missus uses a mouse with her laptop in the living room.
    It's driving me nuts and I am looking for a silent rodent.

    Any others out there that could give me a recommendation?

    Something like this maybe?--> http://www.amazon.com/JSCO-Noiseless-Mouse-JNL-202K-Blue/dp/B004XMBPRI

    I have never used one so i have no idea what its like but the customer reviews seem good.

    That doesn't look bad but is not exactly cheap.

    On Amazon Uk I found this:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?noiseless|silent+mouse&keywords=noiseless|silent+mouse&ie=UTF8

    That's a lot cheaper, nasty colour though. I dunno

    First time ive seen someone ask about a silent mouse!?!

    Is it the buttons that are the problem or is she dragging it across the table and thats making noise?

    Could get a simple mouse pad if its the latter

    It's the clicking of the mouse buttons. My better half likes to play flash games while glancing the telly and the clicking is very loud. Louder than typing on a keyboard.

    I would assume more people would have this problem, at work or at home?

    Just some feedback in case someone wants to buy a mouse in the future.

    I bought 2 Kinobo's in the link above and it is a huge success. While it is not 100% silent, it almost is. Rest of the mouse is fine too, very small, good scroll wheel, fine grip, ugly colours.

    Recommended.
