    S/he clearly did. The IP address being so obvious is obviously a diversion. Once the gardai show up at the location a bomb will go off. Jack Bauer will survive though and hunt the OP down.

    Update:

    The car is a dummy car so we can't be traced.
    I have 2 accomplices who got me the access needed to kidnap him.

    On a personal note, so far we shared a tictac (an orange one) and made a chamomile tea as Rob was feeling a bit stressed after the initial abduction.
