Carbon seat post adjustment

    My LBS used a powder, Tacx compound, when tightening the carbon seat post on my new bike. I need to adjust the saddle a fraction but my problem is that even with the clamp fully open I now can't move the seat post up or down. It's an aero post so I can't swivel it. Any advice? Is there anything I can use to dissolve the powder?
