Cork city based drummer needs a practice space

Hi, I'm a Cork city based drummer just looking for a room where I can set up a drum kit. The only things i need from it really are:
1. Making noise won't be an issue
2. It has power - even if that only means a couple of sockets. But if it just has a light that's fine.
3. It's big enough - I won't be sharing it with a band so even something the size of a box room would be perfect.

http://corkrehearsalstudios.com/ would be worth a look. There's private rented rooms available, as far as I know, which you could split with someone to lower the cost.
