    Hi all,

I'm going to check this with my local office tomorrow but thought I'd see if anyone here could tell me first.

I'm studying Graduate Entry Medicine and am finding it very tough to find work for the summer, which will make it very tough when going back to college in September.

I've seen that over the summer period, mature students are entitled to JSA. I'm 23 now but was 22 when starting the course, does that rule me out as a mature student or might JSA be an option to me?

    Any help is hugely appreciated.

    Many thanks,

    Jammyc

EDIT: Received official confirmation that you need to be 23 when starting the course and regardless of when you turn 23, you're not eligible unless you were 23 starting. I don't see how I'm any more financially capable than I was 6 months ago but thems the rules it seems.
