Has anyone received one? If so, I'd like to know on what grounds? Did you have to have proven convictions? Is there any point applying for one with no evidence?
Also, how much would a solicitor cost to represent you in such proceedings? Do you need a solicitor?

OP, the intent of this forum is to be a place where users can come and discuss personal issues that are affecting them, not a place for debate and discussion or polling for information. You may have better luck in the Legal Discussion forum.
