so i am gonna go smart - from a nokia c2 01 to an iphone.
I have 500 contacts = only space for 250 on sim.
I am keeping my sim by the way.
Is there a way I down retrieve all contacts on a laptop or something instead of going through them manually?

I found a website call phone copy - anyone used it? and if so, any thoughts?

Try hooking it up to your PC, then import the contacts to Outlook Express/Windows Live Mail.

That phone has Bluetooth and should have the ability to sync address books.

I know on Android and Windows Phone there are apps for importing Bluetooth address books, I'm sure the iPhone should have something similar.

    Send a business card
In the contacts list, go to a contact, and select Details > Options > Send business card. You can send and receive business cards from devices that support the vCard standard.

You said contacts couldn't be sent.
I just Googled your phone model and pasted that from the manual.

Maybe you can multi select ?

    Download this to pc:> http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/Nokia_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe

Then can save them to it, open in Outlook or similar, or upload to skydrive etc.

Contacts should be moved from sim to phone memory on the phone.

You can also send calender info, texts, contacts, notes etc using phone switch in the Sync and backup option in the phone settings. Select what you want to send, then search for other phone using bluetooth. Will take a few minutes with a lot of information.
