Jobbridge & Disability Allowance

My sister got offered a jobbridge internship and is on disability allowance, she is on da for a permanent reaction to a vaccine, will she lose her disability allowance completely or will she be switched back once the internship ends?

She will still be in receipt of DA but with an extra €50pw while the internship lasts. When the internship finishes she will revert to her normal payment rate.
