Help in choosing a cell service provider

This is my first post here, and my first day in Dublin

Since i am new here is still dont have a sim card I wanted to know if anyone could help me in choosing a good service provider and a good plan.

What i normally need are:
- Unlimited data (or over 4 GB)
- Low cost for local calls
- I dont care about the cost of Text messages or International calls since i will be using skype/whatsapp.
- Not so high monthly subscription.

If you could please provide the cost for Calls and Monthly subscription it would be great.

Word of warning on 3, you can only used the unlimited data on the mobile device.You cannot tether.
