Sigma Wide Angle on a Full Frame 6D?

    Hey,

    Looking for a bit of advice. Im seriously considering This lens on adverts.

    I shoot with a 6D and I am assuming its compatible. I cant really afford a Canon 14mm (having bought a 6D) and im upgrading from shooting a lot with a 50D and a 10-20mm Sigma wide angle before. Can anyone recommend anything about this 12-24mm?

    The 10-22mm seems to have a fan following but Im hearing very little about this 12-24mm. Anyone here use it?

    Why not go Canon 17-40 or do you need to go really, really wide? You will pick one up for close on what that Sigma is going for.
