This fella is only a part-timer. He drives a truck for a living. I know there isn't any great challengers out there, but how the fcuk has this fella gotten a shot at the heavyweight title.

I can't be the only one who doesn't like Tyson Fury can I? Has a massive chip on his shoulder.

I think he's a love-hate kinda guy. For me, he's an entertainer even in the ring.

I get that's he's trying to promote himself and keep himself relevant but as you say, I guess from some corners, he's the guy you love to hate.

    Oooo awkward technical difficulties there

Would have to see a replay but looks like leapai just slipped there. Didn't see anything connect for it to be judged a knock down.

    It won't matter anyway.

Just wish someone, anyone, could test that Klitschko chin. It's been a long time.

    This is a farce

Leapai not even trying to close the distance. Standing way too still eating shot after shot. Not even a contest.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,351 ✭✭✭djhaxman

    Target practice.

    This is an absolute joke.

Get fury in the ring, at least then we would be guaranteed some entertainment.

Some joke of a match. Surprized its gone this far...

Leapai always ducks under when Vlad lands a right hand. If he followed in with a flurry of uppercuts this fight would be over by now.

    Ah ffs

This is the frustrating thing about Wlad. He should have this guy out of there in 3 rounds. I want Shannon Briggs to get another well deserved title shot

Just a moment there, Klitschko looked wobbled.

Leapai tickled him & Kiltschko swatted him away

Haha yeah some serious ass kissing going on there.

Fury talks a good fight anyway. Could he be any worse than the usual Klitschko type opponent.

No because at least he will go over to Germany, give it his all and we could see Wlad in some sort of a decent fight

He turned down the chance a few times now to fight the brothers, saying he wasn't ready

I think he will dodge Wlad for another year or two and then fight Wlad when he is 38 or so.

Fury is not stupid and knows Wlad is on the way down, if he fought him last year, he was dead, this year he would also get beat, in 2 years he has a chance.

It would be sad to see a 28 year old Fury knocking out a 40 year old Wlad and bragging about it.

Every now and then someone big, usually black, who is fast and powerful and knocking people out, usually catches the attention of the casual fans as the next great saviour to knock out Klitschko. The cycle repeats itself with eerie repetitiveness and the same blind enthusiasm from the casual fans, I've seen it too many times now.

That said, DW has a better chance than most against Wlad due to size and speed. However, he needs to beat some contenders first though, should be ready for a past-it Wlad in 2 years or so. If he fought Wlad tomorrow he would probably get knocked out by a jab.

You make it sound like he's avoiding him...

When Fury beats Del Boy he will be mandatory challenger so that should be a proper test for the steelhammer.
