Samsung GT55570. Stored numbers disappeared?

    This phone has been generally unreliable, but this morning has gone one further and all my stored (SIM card) numbers have gone! Memory storage indicates that they are not there too. The numbers stored directly on the phone are still there (ones I don't use!).

    Weird thing is, my OH phoned from own mobile and also from the house phone and the phone recognised those numbers!

    Any ideas what is going on? How can I get them back to where I can see them!

    Are you synced with Google? If so,they should all be on the cloud.
