    Is he American? Irish?

What do you think the problems potentially are?

Your daughter posted a thread in the Weddings forum saying she is in danger and needs to get back here...

She was given advice to call the Irish Embassy, and the police and see about getting the baby an Irish passport, and a De Facto visa for her fiance. But I don't know how to go about getting one.

Are you based here? Would it be possible to speak to an immigration lawyer here and pass that information back?

OP this is the second thread that has been opened up on PI about this, despite the fact there is a third one open here.

Opening up multiple threads on the same issue across forums is considered spamming and can result in a ban. Please stick to the one one thread and bear in mind that legal advice is prohibited on Boards so its always wise no matter what replies you get, to consult with real life professionals about your issue.

    Locking thread.
