Hi

Just enquiring about buying a second hand van and then moving abroad with it permanently.

If there is no tax do I have to buy 3 months or can I get a smaller time period if leaving within a week? Is it possible to get a change of ownership cert and have that signed by the guards rather than paying 3 months when leaving within a week?

If there is no option but to only buy 3 months tax, is there a way to get it as a commercial tax and pay cheaper rather than the amount for a vehicle over 1425KG?

Any help is appreciated
